It was my first time to visit the Sandiganbayan. I accompanied my boss who received a subpoena requiring her to bring some documents and to testify before the court. The case was regarding a transaction discovered by the Commission on Audit way back 1990. My boss was briefed on what will happen on the hearing of the case. Hoping to attend the hearing next week and to observe the proceedings.
