Sandiganbayan part 2

My boss testified before the Sandiganbayan, not as a party to the case, but as the legal director and representative of MMDA in all legal proceedings. She testified as to the non-availability of the documents mentioned in the subpoena duces tecum, and as to the authenticity of the document in possession of MMDA. However, she was no longer cross-examined and was discharged early since the respondents’ lawyer alreadt admitted the documents.
