Pre-marking

The case was People vs. Tobera.It was the accused’s turn for the pre-marking of evidence. Atty. Santos was supposed to appear before the branch clerk of court, when he texted me and told me that he will not make it on time. My boss asked me instead to appear in Branch 216 in Quezon City RTC. I asked my boss what will going to happen, and prepared for it, but when I arrived, I was told that the Clerk of Court was on leave. The hearing was rescheduled.
