Needbang, Bang-needbang-need

shoot it! stick it! dump it! needbang right now!!
What is needBang all about? is it about fire arms? an over night success or jackpot? an instantaneous good news? or an actress who need a Big Bang in her career in a Big Bang Movie? I have a different idea in mind.

I needbang! bang me in the head! i have been reading so many review handouts and reviewers and i think they are no longer sticking in my mind. I needbang in the head, shake it, wiggle it, twist it until a space will be created to put in new additional knowledge.

what is a Bang? Bang is somewhat a sound that we hear when a pistol is fired? A sound produced when an object made a quick and sudden impact to another object.

So, why do i NEEDBANG? well, to create additional space in my head hahaha!!!

Taxation, Taxation Review, Bar Exam, Francis Sababan, COllege of Law

I had my final exam in Taxation Review under Atty. Francis Sababan last Sunday, from 6pm to 7:30pm . After a week of reviewing, its time to test what i know and the extent of my knowledge in Taxation. I am an Accountancy Graduate, I have a background in taxation, maybe in theory and in application, but i cannot say though that i have the advantage, because this is quite different from the taxation i learned here in Law School. So, i had to do my best to pass the subject.

Few weeks ago, before our final exam, Atty. Francis Sababan returned to us our midterm exam, and as i said i passed. But that was not an assurance that i should go easy with the final exam, because we had to expect that it would be very tricky and difficult ( knowing Attorney Sababan). (more…)

Love Notes, Love Story, Lost in the Dance

There were two hearts who met in a dance… that moment was magical – there was a sweet song playing, there was harmony and soon love in the air. They fell in love and they started building castles in their dreams and promised forever with all certainty. But somewhere in the midst of the fun, they got lost in the dance… something went wrong, but they can never do anything. They are just drifting away, their fortress falling apart. There were so many questions, but no one had an answer. Then the music stopped, and then there was silence.

When we truly love someone we give our best and we let that person see the pureness of our intentions. But sometimes that person makes us cry and hurts us for the wrong reason. That person must have loved us, but he/she does not love us to make us understand what he/she truly felt. Now we faced a seemingly impossible task… forgetting. (more…)

This is it, it’s official, I will attend an advance bar review in University of the Philippines. Sad to say, I havent’t read the materials given to me yesterday because I am still busy reviewing for my Taxation Final Exam this coming sunday. It felt like i was back in grade school wherein i was nervous for my first day in Law Review class… I dunno the reason, because i know that there’s no reason at all why i should be nervous, it’s just a review class. University of the Philippines Law Center, UP College of Law

It was a sunny tuesday, the day i was supposed to enroll for the second semester in University of the Philippines Law Center for my Advance Review for the Bar Exams. But unfortunately, the cashier told me that they are no longer accepting personal checks as payment for any fees as per memorandum by the UP Administration. So, i was not able to enroll that day, i don’t have sufficient cash with me even if i will withdraw my remaining allowance. I decided to go back the next day right after i encashed the check of my brother Nelson in China Bank in Globe Telecom Plaza I.

The next day, I went in China Bank in Globe Telecom Plaza and encashed the cheque and then proceeded In University of the Philippines right after i had my lunch in KFC in Gateway Mall in Cubao. (more…)
