What is N-Viro Technology
N-Viro International Corporation (Symbol: NVIC) utilizes patented technologies to stabilize and disinfect municipal bio solids and other organic waste products. The N-Viro technologies involve the mixing of municipal bio solids with specific alkaline waste products from the coal combustion electric generation, cement and lime industries. The N-Viro Process is a patented technology process for the treatment and recycling of bio-organic wastes, utilizing certain alkaline by-products produced by the cement, lime, electric utilities and other industries.
N-Viro Fuel is manufactured from a variety of organic wastes by blending the waste material with one or more mineral by-products and drying the mixture. The resulting product, N-Viro Fuel, an alternative energy, is blended with coal or petroleum coke and burned as a coal substitute in coal-fired power plants. It transform waste to energy. An important advantage of the waste biomass-derived fuel is the ammonia that is released from the wastes in the process. This ammonia is available to be used as a substitute for ammonia or urea for NOx removal.
