In this day and age where opening windows is not always an option because of the risk not only with burglary, but dampness can actually occur and cause smells to your clothing and upholstery and damage to decoration of the house, such as peeling wallpaper. Drying out a house after it has been closed for a while too can be done with a dehumidifiers. After leaks in your house have been fixed, the dehumidifier helps to reduce the dampness in walls.

Vales v. Villa, 35 Phil. 769

In every contests, men must depend upon themselves, upon their own abilities. The fact that one may be worsted by another, of itself, furnishes n cause of complaint. One man cannot complain because another is more able, or better trained, or has a better sense of judgment than he has; and when the two meet on fair filed, the inferior cannot murmur if the battle goes against him.

The law furnishes no protection to the inferior simply because he is inferior, anymore than it protects the strong, because he is strong. The Law furnished protection to both alike, to one no more or less than the other. It makes no distinction between the wise and the foolish, the great and the small, the strong and the weak. The foolish may lose all they have to the wise; but that does not mean that the law will give it back to them.
